Berger & Montague Shareholders Eric L. Cramer and Andrew C. Curley to Speak at Conference on Private Antitrust Enforcement

The American Antitrust Institute (AAI) is hosting its annual Private Antitrust Enforcement Conference at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, November 9.

Berger & Montague, P.C. Managing Shareholder Eric Cramer, who is on the Board of AAI and one of the Conference organizers, will moderate the panel Recent Trends in Bundling and Loyalty Discount Cases: Where is the Law Headed and Is It Consistent With Recent Economic Thinking? The panel will discuss recent developments in the economics and law relating to product bundling cases.

Berger & Montague, P.C. Shareholder Andrew Curley will also speak at the Conference. Mr. Curley will serve as a panelist for the Junior Lawyer's Breakfast: Future of Private Antitrust Enforcement. The panel will discuss topics of interest of junior antitrust attorneys.
