The site focuses on the standards for admissibility of expert testimony in federal courts.  It provides case summaries, regular updates on new developments, and practical advice and information.  It is an excellent resource for practitioners, judges, experts, and other interested persons.  The site also maintains a forum for discussion of topics relevant to expert testimony in federal courts.

On March 11, 2002, the National Law Journal named Mr. Nordberg's regularly updated creation, its "web site of the week."
