The June 2006 edition of Chambers USA America's Leading Lawyers for Business has once again selected Berger & Montague as one of the top four antitrust firms in Philadelphia, noting that it is "the leading plantiff outfit" in the city.

In addition, Chambers USA singled out Berger & Montague's co-founder, H. Laddie Montague, Jr., noting that peers refer to Mr. Montague as the "one of the best antitrust lawyers in the country."  Chambers USA also honored shareholder Eric L. Cramer as one of Philadelphia's best young antitrust lawyers, reporting that he is "extremely smart" and recognized for his "particularly strong grasp of economic analyses."
