In June 2006, Law & Politics and the publishers of Philadelphia Magazine named 17 Berger & Montague attorneys as Philadelphia Super Lawyers.  Those honored as among the top five percent of the Philadelphia bar include: Jonathan Auerbach, Daniel Berger, Gary E. Cantor, Bart David Cohen, William T. Coleman, II, Todd Stowe Collins, Eric L. Cramer, Merrill G. Davidoff, Lawrence Deutsch, Peter Richard Kahana, Lawrence J. Lederer, Jerome M. Marcus, Edward W. Millstein, H. Laddie Montague, Jr., Sherrie R. Savett, David F. Sorensen, and Martin Twersky.

In addition, Sherrie R. Savett, Chair of the firm’s Securities Litigation department, was also named by Philadelphia Magazine as one of the top 50 Pennsylvania Female Super Lawyers for 2005.  Ms. Savett was also honored by the Legal Intelligencer and Pennsylvania Law Weekly as one of 56 Women Leaders in the profession, citing her accomplishments in the field of class action law.

In December 2005, two Berger & Montague Associates, Steven L. Bloch and Neill W. Clark, were named as Rising Stars by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers.  Mr. Clark was also listed as one of the Top Young Lawyers in Pennsylvania in the December 2005 edition of Philadelpia Magazine.
