May, 2006 - Lawdragon, a national legal periodical, has recently honored five Berger & Montague attorneys as tops in their fields.

Three senior attorneys  -- Merrill Davidoff, Sherrie Savett, and Peter Nordberg -- have been named among the nation's 500 leading litigators. The editors of Lawdragon recognized Messrs. Davidoff and Nordberg's recent half a billion dollar jury verdict against Dow Chemical Co. and Rockwell International Corp. for property damage claims relating to emissions from the nuclear weapons plant at Rocky Flats, Colorado, and Ms. Savett's impressive record of securities fraud settlements.
