Berger Attorney Speaks at OECD Competition Conference in Paris, France 6/13/06 H. Laddie Montague, Jr. of Berger & Montague, P.C. was an invited speaker and panelist at the working conference of the Competition Committee of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (“OECD”), held in Paris, France, on June 7, 2006. The subject of the conference was the use and effectiveness of class actions in the private enforcement of anti-competitive laws. The OECD is a forum where the governments of 30 market democracies work together to explore policies and practices relating to economic, social, and governance issues. |
