In its December 2008 issue, Law & Politics and the publishers of Philadelphia Magazine named four Berger & Montague attorneys as Pennsylvania Rising Stars. Those honored include: Glen L. Abramson, Shanon J. Carson, Michael Dell’Angelo and Keith J. Verrier.

The “Rising Star” designation is an honor conferred upon only 2.5% of attorneys in Pennsylvania who are either 40 years old or younger or who have been in practice for ten years or less.

In its June 2008 issue, Law & Politics and the publishers of Philadelphia Magazine named 11 Berger & Montague attorneys as Super Lawyers. Law & Politics further noted that the entire firm "is one of the nation's leaders in complex and class action litigation," and commended it for being "instrumental in extending the use of the class action procedure."
