Berger & Montague extends summer associate opportunities to a select number of law students who are among the best and the brightest in their class, placing greatest emphasis on 2Ls with legal writing ability and cognizable potential trial skills. To be considered for a summer associate position, law students must demonstrate strong academic achievement and excellent research, writing and analytical skills. Law review experience is preferred.
